Requirements:
- Layout expert with a strong background in analog/mixed-signal layout design of deep sub-micron CMOS circuits including FinFET.
- Candidate must have experience in implementing layouts of high-performance blocks to achieve matching, noise, and power constraints with detailed understanding of IR drop, delay, EMIR, electromigration, self-heating, top-level integration, RDL and the tape out process etc.
- Must have knowledge of Cadence and Mentor tools, and proficiency in scripting.
- Extensive layout design experience on bleeding edge technology nodes.
- 10+ years industry experience.
Plus Skills:
- BSEE
- Analog design fundamentals
- Programming experience
