Project Coordinator / Scheduler
This person will work with agents, actors, directors, clients, and other stakeholders to plan and manage recording sessions at Rocket Sound, Lionbridge Games' studio in Los Angeles. They will also help to manage post-production workflows, balance other resources, and help to ensure that talent gets properly paid for their work.

This person will work with agents, actors, directors, clients, and other stakeholders to plan and manage recording sessions at Rocket Sound, Lionbridge Games' studio in Los Angeles. They will also help to manage post-production workflows, balance other resources, and help to ensure that talent gets properly paid for their work.
What You Will Do
- Balance schedules between multiple projects and studios, and hundreds of actors.
- Work with teams to make sure that they have what they need for successful sessions.
- Raise POs for actor payments.
- Communicate with teammates and clients to make sure that schedules meet project needs and deadlines.
- Maintain a database of actors for direct hire, and talent demos.
- Other tasks as they come up! We're a tight-knit team, and we cover each other's backs.
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in common computer applications, especially Excel
- A strong interest in the process of making video games
- A knack for getting along with a variety of personalities, including creative people, technical people, and all of the interesting combinations that make up game teams
- The ability to stay relaxed and focused when the pace gets fast
