Southern Marsh Collection is looking for an Inside Sales Support / Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team! RETAIL EXPERIENCE A MUST!!!!! COMMISSIONS ELLIGIBLE!!!!

Job Description:

Reports to National Sales Director but supports all reps and all functions of the sales department.

The sales support / Inside sales rep will be responsible for assigned accounts and all aspects of account management. They will work closely with the National sales director, sales manager, territory reps, customer service, and other office personnel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation/ Order Management

Account management of assigned accounts with exceptional service and communication

Prospecting of new accounts from the sales team

Gathering Account Information

Retailer Application

Gather Account Information

Process New Account

Digital Mock-Up of Embroidery Items

Send Logos off for Embroidery Processing

Place Corporate Account Orders

Pick Up / Deliver Orders (Special occasion)

Place orders

Syncing customer contacts to designated store for purchasing

Approve and revoke customer Elastic access

BlueCherry

Edit and ammend orders

Start / End date, item quantities, ship holds, etc.

Send order confirmations

Edit customer billing and shipping information

Add and remove customer credit card information

Samples

Track incoming and outgoing samples

Unpack and distribute samples to sales reps and market locations

Pack samples to send back to the distributor(s)

Order Facilitation

NSR Scrub (declining credit cards)

Contacting accounts to receive and update credit card information

Go to Market preparation

Logistics

Booking Appointments

Pack and Ship Materials, Samples, Swag, Catalogs, swatch books, etc.

Support Retail shows and Hotel Set-ups

Account Maintenance

HubSpot - CRM

Consistently log all communication in the base CRM tool

Completing Application Process

Follow up with Prospective Retailers

Update Account Information

Adding Notes to Accounts

Creating and Updating Deals

Facilitate Deal Pipeline Progress

Training

Miscellaneous

Special projects for National Sales Director / Management

Skills Required

*2+ years as within sales or retail sales
Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Team focused, confident, and professional
Creative, adaptable, entrepreneurial, and driven by integrity
Strong verbal and written skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, weekends
