Sales Support Project Manager II
An established Scottsdale, Arizona lighting design & supply firm is looking for an intermediate to senior level Sales Support Project Manager. Our firm serves the unique lighting needs of Fortune 500 Companies, both domestic and international. Lighting knowledge is not required, although candidates with lighting related experience or technical product sales experience are preferred. This position requires the following skill set:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English.
- Highly comfortable using Office 365 products
- Must be able to multi-task and organize
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience at a similar capacity as shown below
- People fluent in Spanish both verbal and written with lighting experience will be given preference
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all aspects of sales support project management, including:
- Generate material take offs
- Issue RFI’s
- Generate quotes
- Issue purchase orders
- Coordinate shipping logistics
- Generate invoices
- Address field issues
- Account for project profitability
- Build and maintain customer and vendor relationships
- Attend to customer-specific lighting maintenance programs
- Provide customers with technical support via the phone & internet
- Keep abreast of new & improved industry technologies that may benefit the company and/or customers
KEY PERSONALITY TRAITS
We are looking for a candidate who is personable, a self-starter who takes on a challenge and knows when to ask questions.
The office and premises are a non-smoking environment.
Drug testing policy enforced.
All candidates will be required to submit proof of citizenship or work permit in the U.S. and written work references.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
