What you'll do
A Sales Associate role is to help guide customers in their pursuit of an amazing experience riding bicycles. A successful sales associate will evaluate their customers' needs and ask qualifying questions. They will have a positive team focused attitude and continue to work on their skills and knowledge. We are always looking for quality people regardless of bike shop experience, but a passion for bicycles and a sales driven approach is a must!
Position Responsibilities:
- Help provide an exemplary customer experience
- Continuous training
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Assist with tasks around the store as needed
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma
- Ability to engage with customers at a high level
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Communicate professionally with customers and the team
