We have an excellent opportunity for a Robotic Weld Cell Operator at our facility located in Hohenwald TN. This is a full-time position POSITION SUMMARY: Robotic Welders are primarily responsible for the production of welded assemblies that meet customer requirements in quality and output in a safe fashion. To meet this requirement Robotic Welders must

• Utilize HMI to select and execute proper part number and fixture components for changeover.

· Operate and monitor equipment.

• Load and unload product while utilizing inspection and process verification
• Change and clean robot tooling
• Maintain machines and remove and replace broken or worn machine tools, using hand tools

· Must use or wear equipment, protective devices or clothing as required by the company

· Make minor point adjustments to maintain a properly welded part.

· Inspection of all welds to ensure conformance to specifications

· Assure that 1st off/1st Part is inspected and meets Quality Assurance requirements

· Basic maintenance of Welding and Set-up equipment

· Make minor point adjustments to maintain a properly welded part.

Education:

• Some college or certification in manufacturing or technology seen as an asset.

• Experience in maintaining robotic weld cells (programming and setting-up an asset)

• Experience in the use of tape measures, and other measuring tools

• Robotic welding experience required

• Ability to read drawings, and specifications

• Mathematical aptitude

• Must have reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently or with supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
