The Revenue Management team is critical to the success of our company. The Revenue Management Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the Revenue Manager’s pricing initiatives as well as helping to coordinate, develop, and implement marketing strategies.

Revenue Management Specialist Top Priorities:

• Assist the Revenue Manager with analyzing and setting rental rates
• Review and update new and current property listings to ensure accuracy and appeal
• Recommend and implement marketing campaigns
• Oversee all reviews of rental properties and the company

This full-time position is typically performed out of our Perdido Key office. However, visiting our rental properties and surrounding areas to view new inventory and gather content may be required as needed. Mileage reimbursmenet is provided.
