The Revenue Management and Commercial Finance Manager will report to the Vice President of Revenue Management & Strategy and be based out of Headquarters in NYC. This person will work on key projects and innovations at Vita Coco in a highly cross-functional role with visibility to top management. We are looking for an individual who is highly ambitious and interested in working at a fast-paced CPG company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop the pricing architecture and specific retailer plans across different channels (e.g. Drug, Dollar, Online, Grocery, etc.). The work will include determining promotional effectiveness, setting promotional retails, and evaluating competitive pricing
• Partner with sales team members on detailed volume forecasts to inform Operations of demand needs and to set volume goals for the organization
• Work on bottoms up pricing forecasts with Sales in order to achieve yearly pricing objectives
• Forecast and accrue for trade spend, informing financial forecasts and the monthly close
• Create customer proposals and join buyer calls related to pricing and trade spend
• Become an expert on competitive performance and translate those insights into key actions
• Partner with Sales on channel strategy work, evaluating which innovations make the most sense for a given channel and where we should place strategic bets
• Lead projects to take the performance management and planning capabilities at Vita Coco to the next level

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
• 1.5+ years either in Sales Finance or Revenue Management at a CPG company is required
• 4-6 years of experience in Finance at a CPG company
• Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models
• Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills required
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and ambitious; ability to work independently and directly with senior management on key projects
