Sears Home Services is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Retention Specialists working onsite at our Longwood call center.. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing customer retention strategies to increase loyalty, retain business, and recover funds due to the company after a protection plan has been canceled. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through outbound and inbound calls to promote products and services, resolve support issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Offer targeted solutions to prevent product cancellation and "save" customers from canceling their protection plans
- Handle customer disputes and reconcile outstanding balances
- Coordinate collection efforts for monies owed to the company due to canceled protection plans
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and user experience
