Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Reports To: Store manager

Pay: Hourly rate + commission !

Parrish Tire Location: Winston Salem NC

Hours- 730AM-530PM M-F

Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the customer base ,and, helping them to meet all of their tire and service needs. This person will take incoming calls and walk-in customers. This person should be friendly, outgoing, results-focused and have a keen attention to detail.

Essential Functions and Tasks:

• Promote PTC products and services to both current and target customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends and standards.
• Ensure completion of open work orders.
• Follow all safety regulations, processes and procedures required by Parrish Tire Company, TIA, OSHA and NCDOL.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit quotas.
• Review each customer account to maximize customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a service related industry
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in data entry and retrieval (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, basic internet skills)

Physical Demands:

• Information Ordering - arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules
• Oral Expression - communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand
• Selective Attention - concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted Static Strength - exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects of approximately 50 pounds

Work Environment: Majority of work will be performed indoors, but the Sales Representative will be required to visit customers and perform fleet inspections regardless of weather conditions.
