Residential Outreach Specialist

$1,500 Stay bonus + company paid health care
Base salary of $41,1000 a year + Incentive pay
The Residential Outreach Specialist will work in the Energy Savings Assistant program to deliver energy saving and cost saving solutions to under privileged communities at no cost. This position is a rewarding way to work within and give back to the community.

• Going into under-served, disadvantaged and medically vulnerable households and providing them with essential services
• Provide personalized energy conservation education, installation of energy savings measures and life saving battery power back-up to keep medical equipment functioning in the event of a power outage
• Better yet, these programs are of no cost to qualifying residents so you aren't selling anything

The ideal candidate will have:

• Reliable vehicle, current automobile insurance and acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using a tablet
• Available to work evenings and some Saturdays
• Ability to work independently and manage ones own schedule
• Preferred door to door canvasing or outside sales experience
