How You Will Make A Difference
Do you have a knack for repair and enjoy being challenged by learning new skills? Our Device Repair Technicians take pride in mastering repairs on the latest medical devices that could help save a patient’s life.
We train each Device Repair Technician from the ground up on how to restore medical devices used in surgeries and procedures. Some of our best technicians have previous experience in various industries outside of medical device repair including HVAC repair, cell phone repair, general/residential maintenance, and installation, to name a few. Even some hobbies that require working with your hands have transferable skills to medical device repair. These include jewelry making, watch repair, painting, artistry, woodworking, and more.
As technology is ever-changing so are medical devices. This makes for ample opportunities to learn new and exciting skills. Imagine working in one of our sleek repair labs while using a microscope to repair the very tools healthcare professionals use every day. Although Device Repair Technicians do not work in healthcare facilities, they play a critical role in helping our Customers make patients safer.

What You Will Do
- Perform detailed repairs to service and restore on surgical devices using hand tools, often under a microscope
- Examine and test mechanisms for defects
- Reassemble surgical devices or equipment and test assembly for conformance to specifications
What You Will Need
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of general work experience preferred
