The Opportunity
Our Zulily corporate headquarters is in Seattle, WA, and this position is available for hybrid work in the following state, WA. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will work with prospective talent, supporting pre-employment processes, creating a positive candidate experience as a representative of our brand. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and new hire setup.

Our corporate Talent Acquisition (TA) team partners with leaders across the organization to advise on talent decisions and ensures a great candidate experience. We identify talent for technology, merchandising, marketing, creative and more. Under the leadership of our Director of Talent the TA team is comprised of coordinators, sourcers, recruiters and managers who work together to bring new members to Zulily. A Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an opportunity to learn more about TA function and discover if it's the right career for you.
Your Impact
  • Responsible for scheduling time sensitive interviews and debriefs with candidates, hiring managers and interview teams
  • Maintain new hire checklist for candidates during pre-employment process, providing detailed reporting on interview metrics
  • Subject matter expert on Zulily's virtual interviewing platform, help troubleshoot issues real-time with candidates and team members
  • Provide candidates with accurate details about interview schedule and updates if changes occur
  • Facilitate preparation for first day of employment and assist with onboarding for new hires in partnership with Zulily's Talent Development Team
  • Help manage relationships with internal and external candidates, professional organizations, and other sources of applicant referrals
What You Bring
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or other administrative role
  • Scheduling experience with Outlook coordinating multiple complex calendars
  • Provide accurate and detailed communication to internal and external audiences (at all levels)
  • Comfort identifying issues and working to solve them independently or escalating for resolution
  • Passionate focus on customer service and candidate experience
  • Prioritize multiple tasks based on deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate and partner with teammates to support shared goals
