Immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in healthcare.
Candidate will manage the full life cycle recruiting process and be responsible for meeting hiring goal.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regularly partners with hiring managers and other appropriate managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs.
- Sources candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues.
- Generates and maintains internal and external job postings; determines effective advertising mediums; places appropriate advertisements.
- Pre-screens, interviews, assesses, and hire stop-quality candidates.
- Performs thorough background and reference checks on all potential candidates prior to job offer; provides detailed information to hiring manager.
- Manages relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs.
- Onboard new hires in the company’s workforce system to ensure a smooth new hire integration.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.ls by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience required
- Experience in the healthcare field strongly preferred.
- Ability to work with all levels of management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
