Central Baptist Village is looking to add an individual to work part time and join their Administration Team! This individual will need to be flexible to fill in as receptionist, assist with transport of resident internal appointments (two days per week), and work independently on administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional multitasker that is customer service oriented, reliable, and passionate about serving seniors. In return you will work at a 5 star rated community and top workplace whose person centered approach applies to residents and employees. Our reception team is an integral part of our first impression to anyone walking in through our Front Entrance. This individual should enjoy speaking and helping others, as well as be an efficient communicator by collecting enough information to help solve problems and connect with key personnel.
Additional duties include but are not limited to sorting and delivering mail, assisting with screening process for visitors and vendors, monitoring cameras, communicating urgent requests with operational team, and playing an active role in emergency communication. This individual must handle stress well and be able to navigate through various technology including computer and cell phones. Two days per week this individual will assist residents in getting to their appointments within our community – a great way to bond with residents and discover our campus. Some flexibility with their availability is preferred in order to be able to cover additional shifts if needed.
Schedule: Part Time – Wednesday 4pm-8pm, every other Friday 4pm-8pm, and every other Saturday 2:30pm-8pm
Starting wage: $15/hour
