Partners In Home Care is the premier home health agency in Montana. With a staff complement of 200 strong, we serve a radius of 100 miles around Missoula with a broad array of professional healthcare including nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social work and bereavement support. Our programs encompass Home Health, Hospice (the largest Hospice in the community), Home Infusion, Home Medical Equipment and Home and Community Based Services (the Medicaid “waiver” program that supports those who wish to live with independence).

This is a part-time position working three days per week. The responsibilities of this position are shared with the other part-time staff member.


What you will do:
This position provides support to several departments in addition to providing reception support. Professionally greet and assist patients, clients and visitors. Receive and route telephone calls. Ensure accurate routing of messages in a timely and courteous manner. Monitor and re-stock administrative supplies. Assist with clerical duties.


  • Perform receptionist duties, including but not limited to, coordination of incoming calls and visitors, delivery of message, and paging staff members.
  • Prepare all outgoing mail, determine necessary postage or delivery method, and arrange for delivery or pickup by appropriate service.
  • Route incoming mail to appropriate personnel.
  • Under direction of the Office Services Manager, monitor and re-stock administrative and break room supplies.
  • Provide clerical support to other departments, such as copying, faxing, update information in software platforms, etc., as needed. Such support is directed and coordinated by the Office Services Manager. Examples of department support include:
    • Finance: Provide accounting support for customer payments received and daily deposits made.
    • Human Resources: Support staff maintenance tasks in the HRIS; provide compliance audit support and general information to staff members.
    • Clinical Departments: Create admission packets for clinical departments; assist with disaster preparedness reports, volunteer task preparation, and more.
  • Coordinate duties with other job-shared Receptionist.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of general office experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computers and other office machines such as copiers, fax machine, postage meters, etc.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a helpful attitude.

Schedule: This position is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. Needs to coordinate tasks and schedule with one other part-time employee who shares reception duties. Generally our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
