We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to ensure the efficient operations, management and performance of two properties: Pearl Street Commons Apartments in McHenry, IL and Creekview Apartments in Richmond, IL.

Guided by our core values, the Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of a multi-family apartment community, including property operations and overseeing the management and performance of all team members. Primary responsibilities include marketing, budgeting, financial management and reporting, resident retention and satisfaction, occupancy and revenue management, and the handling of legal filings.


As the Property Manager you will play a vital role in the success of your property. You must be committed to providing a high level of service to your residents. The onsite Property Manager directly oversees staffing, marketing, maintenance, and customer relations.


An effective Property Manager must not only be a prudent team leader but a strong business manager for the property as well. They must possess the professionalism to interact with all levels of management and personnel, and the ability to work well and communicate with various personality types. As team leaders, Property Managers must create work environments that motivate both office and maintenance personnel to reach their highest potential.


Every day we’ll rely on you to achieve financial objectives through rent collection, managing delinquencies, and processing recertifications, interims and EIV reports. Your sales and marketing savvy will generate new leases by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community. You will build deep customer loyalty by consistently establishing positive interactions with potential and current residents. You will work closely with the maintenance staff to ensure that the community’s interior and exterior are pristine.


To thrive in this role, you should have a passion for creating an inspiring, engaging and vibrant community. You will work independently, using your organizational and customer service skills, along with previous property management experience, to create a homely community for future and current residents. You’re responsible, quick thinking, and eager to grow with Full Circle.

Minimum of 3 years of on-site property management experience.

  • Strong administrative, organizational, customer service and communication skills
  • Computer savvy; YARDI or similar property software experience preferred
  • COS or TCS certification preferred
  • LIHTC experience
  • Budgeting and variance
  • Recertification
  • Unit inspections
  • Customer service

The Company offers a competitive salary from $40K - $45K, plus an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, Simple IRA, PTO, accident and critical illness, short- and long-term disability, and more.
