NPS Management is looking to hire a well-qualified applicant to a full-time Team Leader position in our Long Beach office. NPS Management is a rapidly growing Property Management company based in Long Beach which prides itself on offering innovative solutions to owners and residents alike. NPS
Management oversees single family residences, multifamily buildings (apartments, condos, townhomes), HOAs, and commercial buildings in LA and Orange County, and is currently growing its employee base to accommodate for a rapid increase in clients. NPS strives to create a safe and comfortable work environment for all employees in the office as well as in the field.

Responsibilities

● Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to your team
● Inspire and promote growth within the team striving to find efficient and effective ways to achieve goals set by the company
● Work with other Team Leads to communicate effectively between teams
● Provide feedback to the property owners regarding questions about residents and leasing concerns for their properties
● Manage delinquencies and tenant complaints
● Act as a liaison for the field agents
● Gather and investigate information for potential tenants, then negotiate commercial and residential leases
● Maintain high levels of integrity, authenticity, and honesty while conducting all business in a time efficient manner

Minimum Qualifications (required)

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Understanding of multiple office programs (i.e. Office, Excel, Appfolio)
● Experience managing teams of people
● Understanding of current and changing tenancy laws in multiple cities
● Ability to read and understand new and changing property laws
● Flexible schedule
● Familiarity with technology (i.e. phone apps, digital interfaces)

● Great phone and email etiquette
● Works well under pressure and within timelines
● Attention to detail
● Time-Management

Additional Qualifications (optional but preferred)

● 2 or more years of property management experience
● 4 or more years of management experience
● Drive for upward mobility
● Experience with Appfolio
● Availability to work on weekends as needed
● Bilingual (Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
