Project Engineer/Project Manager Job at R&R Taylor Construction, Inc.
This position will split their time between being in the office assisting the Project Managers and being in the field helping the Site Superintendents. (70/30 split)
OFFICE TASKS
- Building schedules
- Quantity take-offs
- Daily report status updates
- Fielding RFIs & writing them up
- Submittals
FIELD TASKS
- SWPPP administrator, records, maintenance reports
- Interact & meet with superintendents to address need
- Bi-monthly site and subcontractor coordination meetings
- -- Required to take minutes and report to the project manager
- Creating two-week lookaheads with superintendents
SOCIAL MEDIA
- Create weekly (at minimum) Facebook and Instagram posts with updates on our projects
- Use hashtags relevant to our industry
- Create Facebook and Instagram posts related to “holidays” within the construction industry as they occur.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of:
-- the Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel, Word & Outlook)-- ProCore-- Blue Beam
- Construction assemblies
- Project scheduling
- Clean driving record
- Socially adept
- Team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
