Coordinate, complete and document project/change request tasks on time and within budget hours. Typical project tasks include: table maintenance for policy management system, quality assurance testing of all system changes, maintain and document changes on policy forms, rates and manuals, and assist with all Insurance Department filings.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, attend and participate in all project/stakeholder meetings.
  • Gather additional requirements/documentation, document and follow up on action items and decisions from meetings/emails/discussions.
  • Provide regular updates to Operations Project Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Comply with all insurance, state and SOX requirements.
  • Complete all project tasks, change requests, and work order by deadlines.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Consults with and provides problem solving assistance to team members on matters related to programs, projects and activities.
  • Plans, executes, and documents quality assurance testing for all system changes.
  • Maintains all system and rate tables for policy management system.
  • Research and assist with the writing of new policies and endorsements and changes to policies and endorsements. Prepares rough drafts and final copies of policies on all lines of insurance issued.
  • Prepares and maintains all agent manual rates and rules.
  • Maintains documentation of changes on insurance policy forms, rates and manuals.
  • Maintains and updates the processing manuals with new information as testing is completed.
  • Conducts training of home office personnel and agents/CSR’s on new product and/or system related items.
  • Maintains current knowledge of insurance underwriting or claims workflow, procedures, and system changes.
  • Provides consultation and assistance on project planning, development and implementation techniques.

  • Must understand and support projects in relation to company need and success.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,800.00 - $61,000.00 per year
