What is the Job?
- Provide supervision to all personnel and manufacturing operations within the department
- Provide a clean and safe work environment
- Ensures all quality measurements are accomplished
- Attain maximum production efficiency
- Performs employee corrective and/or disciplinary action
- Documenting daily production and downtime summaries
- Provide recommendations to Extrusion Manager on process improvements
- Conduct employee performance reviews
What You Bring:
- Acquired an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in management field and/or knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Knowledge in reading blueprints and parts drawings
- Strong understanding of production and quality processes beneficial
