Position Overview:
Are you energized by helping uncover solutions to real world problems? We are seeking a Product Manager for our Guest Experience Mobile Applications who will work with clients and in-house teams to continuously improve our products and address new challenges. As part of the accesso® Guest Experience product team, you’ll be central to helping our clients improve their guest experience, increase NPS, increase Queuing, Ticketing and F&B sales, ultimately driving revenue growth for both clients and accesso.
The Product Manager will help to build market-leading mobile products by working closely with our own Platform, Queuing and F&B teams, more widely with Operations and Commercial, with existing and prospective clients and external integration partners.
Key responsibilities will be in identifying and assessing product opportunities, helping to define what products and features are built, and delivering quality products that meet or exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coming up with high-quality and strategic functionality while ensuring the details of the feature are clear, concise, and technically viable.

As a member of Product Team, you’ll play a key role in the ideation, development and launch of our solutions. Your deep understanding of client needs and out-of-the-box thinking will be vital in shaping our product vision and strategy. We're looking for team members who have a strong technical background, can quickly break down complex problems and deliver creative solutions to ensure product success.
Location: United States; then, you choose what works for you! This role can be performed 100% remotely anywhere in the US, at one of our office locations in the US, or a hybrid version of in-office and remote.

Travel ✈️ Requirement: Up to 10%

What you'll be working on:

    • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features
    • Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
    • Working closely with cross-functional accesso stakeholders and partners (internal and external) to continually concept, prioritize, and deliver experiments that drive learning and result in measurable improvements to the product.
    • Serving as the subject matter expert for responsible products.
    • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product development to enhance the experience and identify new market opportunities.
    • Defining the roadmap with impactful features, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as owning and prioritizing the backlog.
    • Creating basic Balsamiq designs to accurately portray the general look and feel of a new feature while adhering to UI/UX guidelines.
    • Supporting the technical lead and/or architect in designing platform functionality, reviewing design documents and architecture, and participating in technical discussions.
    • Working directly with third-party partners to design new integrations or evolve existing integrations.
    • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support.
    • Ensuring we communicate product releases through presentations and authoring of customer release notes and documentation in conjunction with technical writers.
    • Presenting new features and capabilities to internal teams, as well as directly with customers through PowerPoints, Webinars, and live demos.

What you bring to the role:

    • Understanding of technical architecture and highly scalable applications, mobile products.
    • Passion for being innovative and driving people-centered experiences, attention to detail, language, usability, and design.
    • Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
    • Capacity to analyze potential partner relationships and strengthen existing partnerships.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Atlassian products

      • Bonus points if you have:
    • Experience with Theme Parks, Water Parks, Cultural Attractions, Entertainment Complexes, or Ski Resorts
