Job Description:
- This position will be responsible for assisting the Procurement team with activities associated with, but not limited to, SAP implementation in the Americas Region.
- This position requires an action-oriented individual who possesses strong interpersonal skills and is very system savvy.
- Coordinates details of data entry, data testing, and documentation.
- Perform other duties as requested.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel; candidates may be tested on proficiency levels.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be action oriented, be able to work independently, and have good interpersonal skills.
- Solid ability for accuracy and thoroughness in work.
- Strong attention to detail of work for accuracy of data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and flexibility in meeting with shifts in demand.
- Capable of working with little supervision.
- Experience in SAP computer system
- Experience in Procurement or Accounts Payable
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business or related discipline (or student of)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
