Route Territory: Hydepark, Dorchester, Roxbury, Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury, Mattapan, Boston, South Boston, Roslindale and surrounding towns

Flexible schedule allowing you to work from home as part of your work day.

Route Available: Weekday or Weekend ( AM or PM)

Qualifications Required

• Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in MA
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Experience in Home Health care, preferred

Job Responsibilities
As a home health Physical Therapist, you will provide therapeutic treatments and care to patients in their place of residence, using a comprehensive and patient specific care plan. You will have the opportunity to spend quality time with the patient, in their own home, to promote their health and independence. You will have autonomy in addition to the support and collaboration of a full team of healthcare professionals.
