Job description

We have a new office in Anaheim!

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative, onboarding, recruiting, and miscellaneous duties. Duties include providing support to our executive leaders and assist daily office needs and assisting with our company’s human resources activities.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following area:

- Balance and organize multiple projects

- Learn fast, research new methods, and document new procedures

- Assist with onboarding, recruiting, and payroll

- Update and maintain office policies and procedures

- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

- Provide general support to staff members

- Learn company crm

- help staff with company devices

- help take payments

- help executive audit employee files

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, Google Sheets and office equipment. This is a fast-paced environment, so the candidate needs to be able to exercise patience, composure, and discipline.

Skills

  • Proven experience as an hr assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask'

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Personal assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
