In this role, you will be managing payroll, benefits and workers compensation.

Stanley Electric US is a full-service, tier one supplier to Honda, specializing in the design and production of lighting equipment, accessories, and electronic components. Our London, Ohio facility houses lighting and mold design, construction, production engineering, and dedicated associates in our Quality, Assembly, Sales, and Customer Service departments. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely weekly payroll execution and reporting
  • Developing methods to boost employee awareness of their benefit options.
  • Developing competitive and cost-efficient compensation and benefits programs
  • Coordinating and participating in internal and external audits
  • Preparing department budget
  • Collecting, analyzing and reporting payroll, compensation, benefits and workers compensation data
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating resources, policies, programs, and practices, to maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and laws pertaining to payroll, wages, benefits and workers compensation.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:

  • You have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business-related field
  • You have 5 years of payroll experience
  • You have at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • You have advanced Excel skills

These qualifications are preferred but not necessary for you to get started:

  • Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
  • CEBS, CPP and SHRM or HRCI certifications are a plus
