Patient Services Representative Trainer, Integrations ($500 Sign on) Job at Southeast Medical Group P.C.

Description:Assists with new clinic integrations as trainer for new staff, Patient Service Representatives and Managers. Will be assigned to new clinics for learning and education for periods ranging from 2 weeks to 2 months. When there are no ongoing integrations the PSR Trainer will cover as a PSR at a nearby clinic.
Requirements:

  • PSR with a minimum of three (3) years PSR experience in a Primary Care setting
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to travel 30-60%

Preferred Experience:

  • Allscripts EMR experience preferred
  • Strong team building, relationship and training skills

Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to use fine motor skills to operate office equipment and/or machinery
  • Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing
  • Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations to support business needs as required
