Patient Safety Associate (Float) - 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) Job at Rogers Behavioral Health
PM Float Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm (rotating weekends/Holidays) - Floating between Oconomowoc, Brown Deer & West Allis
In this role you will:
- Conduct safety rounds on patient units.
- Provides support to staff when a crisis develops and serves as a role model to staff on patient collaboration and interventions.
- Interact with patients in a supportive, therapeutic manner, that models patient advocacy.
- Is responsible for providing personal safety screening of patients and visitors entering our facilities.
Job Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; two years of college-level coursework or training is preferred.
- Experience in security, police academy or medical field preferred.
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID and Influenza, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
