Position Summary:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Travel between both locations (Milan Rd. and Bardshar Rd.) to perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing trash/debris.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Service, clean, and supply restrooms at each location
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Gather and empty trash at each location
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Communicate when Cleaning Supplies are low to appropriate party.
• All other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid Drivers' License
• Must be professional, customer service oriented
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Ability to take direction and work independently with little to no supervision
• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Working Conditions & Requirements

Corso's operates year around with exposure to all seasons and weather conditions. Candidates must be willing to work in cold, hot, humid, rainy, and windy conditions; employees are responsible for providing their own weather-appropriate attire. Additional requirements include:

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible days and/or hours so as not to interrupt operations
• Ability to complete tasks within a set schedule
