We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the position of Facilities Technician to join our team in Livermore, California.

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:

• Follow up on daily work requests by internal customers (including set up and take down of company events, and routine equipment maintenance
• Assist with department moves that may include the relocation of equipment, work benches and office furniture
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, materials and supplies
• Assist as needed with outside vendors including HVAC, electrical, air compressor and plumbing
• Continually maintain a clean and safe equipment and work area
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

• Prior experience and knowledge of electrical, plumbing and equipment maintenance preferred
• Ability to effectively use general tools
• Work efficiently and effectively as a member of a team or independently
• Working knowledge MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
• High school diploma or equivalent required
