Responsibilities include:

• Assist in all phone and in-person inquiries from members and prospective members at the front desk
• Create a strong connection with members and ensure the highest level of customer service
• Support in opening/closing of the school
• Conduct tours of One River School for prospective members
• Onboard new students to appropriate classes and introduce members to their instructors and the facility
• Make sure all students are picked up by their parents/guardians after class in a timely manner
• Reach parents/guardians of any students who are dismissed from class for any reason
• Process new student enrollments, cancellations, and requests
• Assist the instructors and staff in any other needs related to customer service, enrollment, design, marketing, etc.

Qualifications:

• Thrive in a fast-paced and goal orientated environment
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite
• Quick learner with new technology related to website updates, contact management, and email marketing

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
