Summary: Seeking a skilled Paint Technician to perform painting operations on precision aerospace mechanical power drive products, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma; Advanced Technical Degree is a plus.
• 2 years of experience in an aerospace environment preferred.
• Strong painting aptitude and knowledge of HVLP spray equipment.
• Ability to read drawings, sketch sheets, and maintenance documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP processes and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various painting operations on aerospace mechanical power drive products.
• Utilize precision measuring and viscosity instruments to ensure conformance to specified tolerances.
• Follow applicable documentation, engineering instructions, and specifications.
• Adapt to changing tasks and workload, including overtime and split shifts on short notice.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate a self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
• Maintain a high level of quality and adherence to industry standards, such as AS9100 and NADCAP.
