Overview: Responsible for assisting guests with department relevant product solutions - including all paint needs.

Essential Duties:

• Advise guests with the proper products to successfully complete their project.
• Basic to advanced product knowledge in the areas of selection of product, complimentary products etc.
• Stock and maintain retail product.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
• Participate in all team meetings and product training.

Job Particulars

• Full time hours
• Must be willing to work Saturdays some evenings until 7pm

Education, Experience, and Skills

• High School or equivalent education.
• Basic understanding of guest needs
• Ability to make sound and confident recommendations to guests
• Ability to provide a great guest experience in a retail environment.
• Adept listener with a teachable attitude.
• Proven and reliable work ethic.
• Flexibility to work in an often fast-paced changing environment.
• Proficient computer skills.
