Sims-Lohman is an established cabinet, tile, and counter-top company, headquartered in Cincinnati, with approximately 500 team members, and enjoying growth in the Midwest and Southern states.

We are currently accepting resumes for dynamic Outside Sales Representatives for our tile and counter-top sales department at our Brooklyn Heights, Ohio location.

In addition to cabinet sales and our local distribution network, we fabricate granite, quartz, solid surface, laminate and cultured marble counter-tops. Our client base is focused on the professional builder, ranging in scale from large production builders to renowned custom builders and re-modelers.

Outside Sales Representatives perform the following activities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with current customer base.· Identify, develop strategies, and prospect new customers to grow business.

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with product selection and design needs
• Provide drawings upon customer's request or to show detail of materials to be used for customers or installers
• Provide quotes and complete orders as needed
• Collaborate with customers and or coworkers on design ideas and presentations
• Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• 3+ years experience with tile and counter-top sales, design, and customer service experience within the industry.
• Ability to source and maintain new and existing business
• Skilled proficiency in spreadsheets and word documents
• High energy in demonstrating a passion for the customer
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively and work with little supervision
