We’re excited to expand our practice and are seeking experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with EMDR and Trauma informed training to join our diverse and dynamic team of professionals.

As a licensed Zoe mental health professional, you’ll play a meaningful role in dramatically changing lives leveraging our comprehensive wellness program. Our team applies a diverse set of disciplines intended to go well beyond talk therapy by addressing the needs of the whole person: psychological and physical.

Our goal is simple: harmonize the mind, body, spirit and community for mental, emotional, physical, relational and spiritual wellness.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED:

- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with valid Virginia license. Candidates who are licensed in additional states are encouraged to apply.

- Ethical and professional

- Training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other trauma informed interventions

- Excellent documentation skills including the ability to use Electronic Health Record systems

WHAT WE WILL ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER:

- Change lives by engaging medical doctors, PMHNPs, psychotherapists, nutritionists, and coaches to create comprehensive plans for a diverse range of clients suffering from physical and psychological challenges

- Providing individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and or adults using evidence-based interventions

- Creating thorough diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and comprehensive discharge planning

- Engaging in care coordination and collaboration with other professionals

- Providing crisis intervention as needed
