Chevron Australia Downstream is seeking to appoint an Order Processing, Invoicing and Reconciliation Officer who will be responsible to provide administrative support in the daily operations which includes management of carrier load codes and fuel allocations, processing delivered and pick up sales through to invoice and reconciling lifted volumes at terminals around Australia. The role will be on a rotating AM (7am – 4pm) and PM (10am – 7pm) roster with occasional Saturday shift.

Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Set up carrier load codes and regularly update fuel allocations according to customer credit limits.

  • Execute daily reconciliation of bulk fuel loading from both Chevron and third-party terminals.

  • Customer invoice processing for both delivered and pick up sales

  • Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner to meet month end close deadlines.

  • Respond to customer and carrier truck loading issues around the country after business hours and problem solve to completion.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Minimum two years administration experience

  • Familiarity with SAP / ERP systems

  • Administrative / Logistics background (preferred)

  • High level of time management and strong problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills

  • Proven ability to cope with unexpected changes and produce counteractive measures

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office suite and Advance Excel skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
