The Office Assistant will provide part time support to the Office Manager while also assisting the various departments with administrative duties.

Certain positions or jurisdictions may require COVID-19 vaccination unless included in the company testing protocol, medically contraindicated or due to a bona fide religious belief or practice.

Essential Functions:

  • Greet and assist all Quench visitors, including customers, vendors and job candidates
  • Provide excellent support to internal and external customers, consistently presenting a calm and professional demeanor
  • Manage the Company’s lobby area, conference rooms and general office areas for a professional appearance each day
  • Order and maintain stock of various office and kitchen supplies
  • Help coordinate a variety of office events (employee gatherings, birthday celebrations, ) including set up, breakdown, coordinating food ordering and delivery
  • General administrative duties to include file management, creating documents in MS Office, data entry and other related duties as assigned
  • Able to handle incoming deliveries; unpacking of boxes of supplies, distribute internal mail and deliveries, preparing packages for outgoing deliveries some of which can weigh up to 15 pounds

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working in an office setting
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Maintain highest regard for confidentiality and discretion
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and professional
  • Highly proficient with MS Office suite of applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Positive, can-do attitude
