Clear Choice Auto Glass Solutions is seeking office help to assist in our high volume, but small family business located in Oakville, Connecticut.
Candidate should be self-motivated and eager to help the company achieve its goals for future success.
Primary duties would include taking inbound calls and scheduling appointments with customers using our existing CRM software. You would be responsible for scheduling the work for each technician’s daily run, ordering parts, and tracking payments/expenses. We are looking to implement more procedures as our business grows and we are seeking a candidate who can establish new methods such as sending out customer satisfaction surveys, promotions, advertising on social media, etc.
Overview of Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and maintaining technician work and schedules and well as communicating job specifics to the technicians
  • Overseeing auto glass ordering, inventory tracking, and scheduling appointments with customers
  • Facilitating three-way calls between the customers and insurance companies
  • Taking incoming calls that originate from multiple sources (google ads, various marketing sources, and insurance agents), providing estimates and scheduling the work
  • Invoicing completed jobs and tracking payments all in our CRM software

Qualifications:
  • Strong computer knowledge and data entry skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette is an absolute must
  • Self-motivated and goal driven
  • Background in billing/bookkeeping/general accounting is preferred

Position starting salary between $23.00-$27.00 hour based upon experience.
