Job Title: Occupational Therapist OTR/L

70.00 per hour

Therapeutic Speech and Language Services, Inc is looking for a pediatric OT to provide maternity leave coverage or sign-on full-time.

Full-Time Occupational Therapist needed to provide OT services in-person for an established caseload in the Decatur area (e.g. Decatur, Clarkston, Avondale Estates, Tucker, Stone Mountain).

We are currently looking for a fun, energetic, engaging, and knowledgeable pediatric Occupational Therapist. We provide therapy to children (ages: birth to 21) at daycares and homes. Full case-load ready to take-over!

Job Description:

• Independently provide evaluation and treatment services in-person and teletherapy, if needed
• Knowledge of and willingness to implement statutes, practice standards, and ethical guidelines related to occupational therapy
• Manage caseload
• Full-Time Position 4– 5 days a week
• Flexible hours and schedule
• Must have access to a computer with internet, email, Excel, and Word
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team of Speech-Language Pathologists
• Regularly communicate with clients, parents, directors, teachers, and speech pathology team members
• Diagnostic materials provided
• Treatment materials NOT provided

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Georgia license, and certification with the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy
• 3-5 years of pediatric occupational therapy experience
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet established deadlines
• Excellent work ethic
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility
• Word and Excel knowledge
• Independent Contractor
• 1- year commitment for full-time position
• 1-year commitment NOT required for maternity leave coverage

Compensation:

• $70 per hour session
• $500 Sign-on Bonus with full-time position
• $1000 Year Completion Bonus with full-time position
• Anniversary Bonuses with full-time position
• $500.00 Yearly stipend for continuing education units (CEU) in Occupational Therapy with full-time position
• $100.00 Monthly Community Education Bonuses in the area of Occupational Therapy with full-time position
• Yearly Gas Stipend with full-time position
• $1,500.00 Referral Bonuses
