Responsibilities:

• Support internal and customer deliverables
• Oversee coordination of internal & external manufacturing, engineering, & supplier quality teams Manage Program Leaders with strategies for execution of program growth
• Program budget and financial accountability Team and Resource management
• Develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize benefits to the Company
• Develop and win new business Proactive oversight of current programs
• Participate in weekly/daily meetings with internal and external personnel Oversee facility operations and assets
• Ensure that safe work practices are followed, and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations
• Support issue identification and escalation as required Perform other related tasks and assignments

Education, Skills, Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, other relative field or equivalent experience 5 years in leadership or management roles
• Excellent time management skills Project Management experience
• Automotive OEM and Tier coordination experience Professional etiquette
• Critical thinker
• Demonstrated leadership of diverse teams
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills
• Glide slope achievement / progress responsibilities and professional growth Demonstrated leadership in excellent customer service
• Proficient in Training and Development of intermediate team members Experience in program launch support
• Demonstrated experience analyzing information, both technical and financial, and making recommendations based on that information
• Demonstrated planning and organizational skills, and the ability to see the big picture as well as attention to detail
• Demonstrated flexibility to handle multiple assignments and deadlines
• Demonstrated agility and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast- paced environment
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
