The Night Audit position responsibilities:

• For the 100% satisfaction of our guests at check in; check out and fulfilling their requests during their stay
• Our successful night associates perform all check in and out procedures, assign and disburse room keys, inform guests about hotel services and the city, answer telephones as needed, post charges, handle and balance cash and credit card transactions daily in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Responds to guest requests promptly; promotes hotel services, facilities and outlets; provides guests with information such as local attractions and directions to increase satisfaction
• For ensuring efficiency, accuracy, quality, consistency, cleanliness, excellent customer service to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing assigned duties
• Responsible for accurately calculating and verifying room revenues, food and beverage sales and income
• Performing front desk, switchboard and reservations activities during the overnight shift to the quality standards set by the property and at the same time meeting all efficiency goals
• Ensures exceptional guest service through communication and follow-up with employees and customers.

Job Requirements:

• 1 year of Front Desk experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred
• Prior experience working on property management system a plus
• Organizational skills, multi-task and detail-oriented.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a team player
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills
• Problem Solver - Skilled in handling guests issues alone and resolving them in timely manner
• Professional Appearance and excellent attendance and punctuality
• Will be required to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
