JOB PURPOSE

We’re looking for a NetSuite System Administrator at GrubMarket to provide technical and functional support to the Corporate Finance team and General Management at our subsidiaries. You will lead and support the development and configuration of scalable processes and procedures related to financial reporting, change management and implementation projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily NetSuite maintenance and support tasks by providing end user helpdesk support, addressing internal tickets timely with successful resolution.
• Responsible for configuring and maintaining NetSuite while supporting the users, and utilizing the full features and benefits of NetSuite products.
• Perform a full suite of NetSuite administrative functions such as customizations of forms, fields, reports and create saved searches, dashboards, workflows, employee access management and financial reporting support.
• Develop, test, and deploy new customized reports, fields, workflows, roles, permissions, forms, records, and searches.
• Play a key role in the transition from the existing ERP systems to NetSuite by performing data migration and supporting NetSuite roll out to our subsidiaries.
• Create and deliver training materials to new and existing colleagues.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• NetSuite functional configurations and NetSuite administration including maintaining and configuring global settings, preferences, custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, templates, searches and reports, scripting, workflows, and dashboards to address business process requirements within NetSuite
• Strong familiarity with basic accounting, reporting, landed cost, inventory and wholesale distribution functions
• System change management process
• System implementation

PREFERRED SKILLS

• ERP background
• Familiar with core end to end business processes especially order to cash, procure to pay, inventory, period end financial reporting.
• Familiar with Netsuite WMS, SCIS, Project Accounting and ARM

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent experience required
• Masters Degree preferred
• 2-4 years in similar position
• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification and/or NetSuite Administrator Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
