The Program: Good Molecules University

Good Molecules University members play an essential role in our student outreach and PR at Middle Tennessee State University. You will be responsible for seeding products among student groups, conducting surveys, driving trials on campus, and identifying influencers.

Beyond the hands-on experience, structured learning plays an important role in our program. We conduct weekly education modules with assignments to be completed. This training and education will provide practical skills to serve your professional development. If you don’t enjoy learning and completing assignments on time this program is not for you.

Modules include: retail math basics, excel, roadmap & prioritization, effective writing, and resume preparation with review. Successful completion of our program means you can run margin calculations, create pivot tables & use VLOOKUP in Excel, break a project plan into phases, and clearly communicate what makes you different with your resume.

Your week-to-week will include:

• Identifying student groups to introduce Good Molecules products and hand out products for trial
• Sending student surveys to gather feedback
• Finding influencer profile data and contact information
• Making 2-3 local off-campus visits for product seeding
• Submit weekly/monthly reports and analysis on your activities
• Completing learning modules and assignments

Details & Requirements

• This is a contract/1099 position that pays $200/month for an estimated 2-3 hours of work per week
• Applicants must currently reside in the US and have current US work authorization; please note that students on F-1 visas are not legally eligible to work as 1099 contractors
• The program is open to current undergraduate sophomores, juniors, and seniors at Middle Tennessee State University
• Your college/university must have a physical campus that you have current access to; unfortunately this opportunity is not available for those participating in online or fully remote programs
• You must provide your own supplies/equipment (laptop, internet access, etc.)
• You must be able to commit to participating in the entire duration of the program
