Large multi-specialty healthcare organization in Northern NJ is seeking a patient accounts specialist. The following is preferred, but not required.
-Knowledge of medical insurance packages and terminology
-Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
-Responsible for working patient aging reports, collection reports, and unapplied credits
-Responsible for calling patients to collect outstanding balances and calling insurance companies to resolve patient balances
-Excellent communication skills. Candidate will be communicating with offices and patients on a daily basis
-Bilingual preferred but not required.
**Individuals with some experience or a desire to learn the medical billing industry should apply**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
