This role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our high impact, strategically orchestrated cross platform media campaigns.

Celebrating 23 years of marketing fun, entertainment and play, our digital planning and buying agency seeks the next legendary Digital Media Manager to join our growing New Jersey team to help manage, strategize, organize, traffic and report on advertising campaigns across our exciting roster of international play partners.

DIGITIAL MEDIA MANAGER (Agency Experience & New Jersey Applicants Only)

The Digital Media Manager will work closely with our collaborative media planning team and will be responsible for campaign set up and execution, trafficking, analysis, performance monitoring, and optimization of digital media campaigns across relevant platforms, including video/display, paid social, and digital marketing partnerships.

You represent a critical function in managing and servicing fast-paced, consumer facing ad campaigns at our award-winning, cross-platform, best-in-class media agency. You serve as the backbone to our team as you help plan, manage and orchestrate all things media. You progress campaigns from Point A to Point Z and foster cross team and cross channel coordination. You ensure all media assets are in house, approved, accurate and trafficked to ensure timely delivery, and execution, of our well-planned campaigns.

The Who:

  • 5-7+ years planning digital & paid social media and managing multiple accounts
  • Experience setting up and managing YouTube, TikTok, Roblox, Gaming, Google Search, Paid Social; Digital Retail, In-App, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Datorama, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of media agency processes
  • Kid & Mom media experience helpful
  • Strong self-awareness and management skills

The What:

  • Plan, set up, execute, manage digital campaigns across kid, mom &family platforms
  • Liaise with Media Planning teams on key client deliverables
  • Collect, manage, traffic, track campaign and production assets
  • Lead and schedule project-related meetings (kickoffs, brainstorms, deliverables)

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate digital media campaigns (video, display, gaming, paid social, PPC, SEM, etc.)
  • Collaborate with digital team on campaign execution within timeframes and budgets
  • Continually optimize digital schedules based on daily performance results
  • Monitor and manage analytics channel tracking and tagging across digital
  • Analyze performance of managed channels; translate findings in bi-weekly reports
  • Assist in preparation of weekly status and project timelines
  • Ensure turnaround times, lead times, pacing, and tasks are met and adhered to

The Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 5-7+ years of relevant media ad agency experience

· Knowledge of digital analytics and reporting

· Intimate knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (YouTube, FB/IG, TikTok, etc.)

· Experience with conversion tracking and analytics platforms

· Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PPT

· Flexibility and eagerness to identify, learn, and use new and emerging technologies to grow your knowledge and career.
