We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, manufacturing processes, and quality management systems such as AS9100 and ISO9001. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and machinery in our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment that meet the needs of our manufacturing facility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet manufacturing, quality, and safety requirements
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and recommend improvements to existing mechanical systems and machinery
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, and manuals
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems such as AS9100 and ISO9001
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems, and implement effective solutions
  • Provide technical support to production teams, and assist with training as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, CNC machinery, and mechanical systems
  • Experience with quality management systems such as AS9100 and ISO9001
  • Proficient in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and recommend effective solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
