Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting and acquiring new customers for PPE and Fall Protection products in construction and industrial spaces. The Representative will build lasting relationships with the help of advanced research tools and training provided by the company and report to the Sales Manager. The representative identifies and conducts outreach via phone, email, and social media with support of our sales and marketing team. The position will be remote or hybrid remote/office, and travel is less than 5%.
The Inside Sales Representative will be proficient in maintaining a sales pipeline, regularly making presentations with PowerPoint, hosting video conferences, and occasionally traveling to sales meetings with prospects.
Desired Qualifications:
- Successful experience in sales/customer service with Construction or Industrial products/services
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint
- Technical experience or aptitude
- ERP, CRM, and/or other software experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and prompt communication to team members and prospects
