Your Responsibilities

Charlesbank Cooperative, located in Boston, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a team of maintenance professionals for this community which consists of 276 units. The work hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and grounds keeping.

Your Qualifications

The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred. Must be available to participate in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal. A valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus.
