Essential functions and abilities:

• Physical conditioning to work outdoors in heat and cold, climb several stairs and ladders daily, work in attics, and operate different equipment.
• Perform daily functions such as maintaining the exterior and interior of buildings, assist in maintaining a clean, functional facility to provide a safe, pleasant, and secure environment for youth in treatment.
• Applicants should be proficient in some or all aspects of maintenance including troubleshooting and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and preventive equipment maintenance. Be able to read & interpret, of machine, hydraulic, & electrical prints.

Qualifications:

***Applicants must be at least 18 years old and are required to pass a drug screen, and background check. ***

• Applicants must be able to perform physical activities such as: lifting, bending, climbing, in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs. or more.
• Must be able to climb ladders.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, I.T., and water distribution a huge plus but willing to train right individual.
