Maintenance Technician 1st Shift Job at PLATECO INC
Perform maintenance activities on all manufacturing process equipment in all areas of the plant at a fundamental level. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic production and/or equipment issues at a fundamental level Perform preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment. Perform adjustments to machinery and work with machine operators on problems to improve quality and efficiency of lines. Communicate effectively with all employees, supervisors and managers in troubleshooting equipment to ensure minimal equipment downtime and peak equipment efficiency. Communicate in a courteous and positive manner to accomplish duties effectively, working as a team with all involved. Assist other personnel as needed and perform other duties essential to the department as requested by your supervisor. You Are Best Suited For The Role If You have the following education, experience and skills: Previous electrical, mechanical, fabricating, planning, and forklift experience. Strong interpersonal, and communication. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with good time management and organizational skills.
